LUKE LELAND

After a long, emotional labor our little guy arrived. We arrived at the hospital at around 5 at only 2cm. Progress was slow even with a little potocin to speed things along. At 1am the pushing began and after 45 minutes, the baby was in distress so he was delivered by csection. The placenta had started to separate from the uterus. We are so grateful that we have such a handsome healthy boy in our famliy. We are especially grateful for modern medicine and the wonderful nurses and doctors who do their jobs so well and helped me not totally lose it with their reassuring encouragement. I especially love my husband for always keeping such a level head and just loving me through it all!!

Direct quote, "We are so grateful that we have such a handsome healthy boy in our famliy(sic)." It's obvious that you left off a part of the quote.

Here's what your quote would have read in its entirety, if you hadn't left a part off, "We are so grateful that we have such a handsome healthy boy in our famliy(sic), as opposed to the boys we have had so far."

Congrats! We are glad that we got to come to the hospital to visit with Val & Luke. They both were very good while we were there. Sorry to make you laugh.

Like we told Valerie in the hospital now Luke can help Kobe Juan in a few years to fight the dark side.

I am so glad that you and Luke are happy and healthy. The Cesarean must have made you very nervous. I get a little bit more nervous, anxious, and excited every day for the arrival of our first born. He is due in 4 weeks, with no signs yet of him coming anytime soon. So I continue to work part-time and at the temple each week. But anyway, love ya! and take care of yourself. :)
