We went camping near Lake Isabella in Kern River Valley for the long weekend. We had a funtastic time! The older boys including Daryl :) went river rafting. Sebastian was freezing at first. Daryl got thrown from the raft. Other than that, they had a great experience!!

This kid has some serious stomach muscles!
We watched some pretty gnarly wipeouts behind us, a couple scary ones involving kids...without life jackets on!!
Luke enjoyed hanging out with the Agnews, a family we met camping. They were part of our group, mostly ES ward, of about 60 people.
We even had a movie night!!
And the trip would not be complete without some car sickness on the way down the mountain!!!

Looks like a fun trip! Hopefully we can see you guys soon. We may be making a trip out your way in September.
